JJ Allin of the stunt group P.O.R stands on the top of a moving truck & jumps while it's moving onto a 2x4 that is hanging off the truck's tailgate. He jumps with his legs open & lands crotch first onto the 2x4. The impact from the hit sends his body crashing onto the ground, head first.
